Rental Information

In order to increase public awareness of its programming and to generate revenues for its operations, Access rents its facility to a wide range of communities and organizations. Located in the heart of historic Chinatown, Access offers 700+ sq ft of open gallery space for a variety of events, including concerts, screenings, productions, parties, and meetings. Rentals are available on Sundays and Mondays, or Tuesday-Saturday after 6pm. Rentals are also available in between exhibitions during the programming year.

As a renter, you will have access to a kitchenette, digital projector and a computer, and wireless Internet. Featuring brand new drywall, numerous power outlets, this space is ideal for documentation, film/video production and screenings, and hosting lively events!

The affordable rental rates start at $200 per day:

Corporate: $600
Non-profit: $200

* Staffing fee of $15/hr for the event will apply to all rentals.
** Optional fees will apply for the use of the projector, computer, bar and hospitality.
*** Discounts may apply for regular/block booking.
