Access Gallery's 2019 AGM took place in the Nellie Yip Quong room of the Vancouver Public Library, nə́c̓aʔmat ct Strathcona Branch of the Vancouver Public Library on Thursday 20 June 2019 at 6PM. Members and Board members reviewed the past year’s programming, operations, accomplishments, and challenges, and discussed Access’s exciting direction for the upcoming year. Following the meeting, we headed to MacLean Park to enjoy the last of the evening.

Access has seen an active and vigorous year of programming including solo and group exhibitions by both local and visiting artists, a speaker series, and reading group initiated by Projects Coordinator Catherine de Montreuil, as well as the beginning of Director/Curator Katie Belcher's curatorial programming. It has also been our second year of programming PLOT, a residency space designed to cultivate collaborations with other organizations and collectives.
