What you can expect from the night:

🕯️9PM Wallflower Hour! We'll have spooky still-life drawing for those who want to ease into the festivities or keep it low key.
🎫 10PM Party starts! The first 50 people in costume through the door will get a trick or treat bag! Will your bag contain the golden ticket item?
👻 11:30PM Costume contest! How many categories can YOU win? Our applause-o-meter will determine the best in show! The winner will be crowned at midnight!
🪩 12PM DJs Mango Sweet will take it away and we can dance, dance, dance!

We’re also excited to announce that we’ll be hosting a smaller fundraiser concurrent to this one throughout the month of October called Get Ghosted! Four board members will open limited spots to digitally illustrate you… as a ghost! See sample portraits here!

Accessibility details for Hypha Arts

The entrance to the event will be off of Odlum Street, which runs south of Venables.

There’s a 7-inch step up to the main door and one flight of 7 stairs up to the space. The self-contained gender-neutral washroom is not wheelchair-accessible. Hypha is not a scent-free environment, as it is a shared studio space. The decor of the evening includes party lights of varying colours, and as it is a dance party, there will be music throughout the whole evening. The first hour of the event will be low-key, featuring still-life drawing and chill music.

Hypha is 2km from Access Gallery and accessible by transit routes (#22, 14, 16, 20). There is 2-hour street parking in the surrounding area.
